This workshop is intended for project sponsors/project managers/team leaders from companies about to change business software systems. The methodology has been used successfully in many different businesses and industries, including distribution, manufacturing, retail, government, healthcare, finance and service industries.

Because of the team approach that is taught, companies considering this course should have between 20 and 500 employees. Larger organizations are encouraged to schedule private training for their entire conversion team.
