of that vision. Along the way, a structured methodology can provide guidelines that steer a
project towards successful completion. This two-day workshop helps companies begin a software
conversion project with plans, focus, structure, understanding, and motivation.

Who Should Attend:
This workshop is intended for project sponsors/project managers/team leaders from companies
about to change business software systems. The methodology has been used successfully in many different
businesses and industries, including distribution, manufacturing, retail, government, healthcare, finance
and service industries.
Because of the team approach that is taught, companies considering this course should have between 20 and 500
employees. Larger organizations are encouraged to schedule private training for their entire conversion team.
Computing Environment: The Root Technology methodology has been used in many different computing environments,
including Unix, AS400, and Windows NT. It can also be used with any business software system that includes applications
